Support: how to reach me
ResumeFixIt is one corner of a small family studio, so support is me. Email pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com and I'll read it.
Good reasons to email
- A link is dead, or something listed as free now costs money
- You know a free resource that belongs here
- One of my courses costs more than you can manage right now. I'll send it to you free.
- You used the old ResumeFixIt app and want your data deleted
- Something on the site is confusing or broken
What I can't do
I can't review individual resumes or be anyone's career coach. The resume page and show your value page are the best version of that help I can give for free.
Questions people ask
Is ResumeFixIt really free?
Yes. No accounts, nothing to buy. Some tools I link to have paid plans, and each one says so right next to it.
Where did the AI resume app go?
I shut it down in September 2026 and turned the site into this free guide. If you had an account and want your data deleted, email pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com from the address you signed in with.
Can you look at my resume?
I can't review individual resumes. Start with the show your value page, then run the easy test on the resume page.
How do I get one of your courses free?
Email pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com and tell me which one. No explanation needed.
Why is there an ad?
To pay for the domain and hosting. It's one small ad per page, and the privacy page says exactly what it collects.
I'm not okay right now. Who can I talk to?
In the US, call or text 988, or text HOME to 741741. Both are free, confidential and open 24/7. If it isn't an emergency, the stress and burnout page lists free peer support lines.
