Terms of Service

By signing in with Google, you agree to use ResumeFixIt to build and manage your own career history, job requirements, and generated resumes.

ResumeFixIt must be used by someone at least 13 years old.

Generated resumes, skills gap analyses, outreach messages, and interview prep are AI-assisted drafts. You're responsible for making sure anything you send an employer is accurate. A resume is only as truthful as the history you feed it.

You can stop using ResumeFixIt and request deletion of your account at any time (see Privacy). We may update these terms as the product changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

ResumeFixIt is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Privacy Policy

We don't sell your personal data.

What we collect: your name, email, and profile photo from Google Sign-In, plus whatever you enter yourself: work history, education, skills, projects, certifications, job postings you analyze, and the resumes you generate.

How it's used: to build your career history and generate resumes, skills analyses, and outreach drafts tailored to the jobs you're targeting. When you run an AI feature, the relevant data is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate that one response; it isn't used to train any model and isn't stored by us beyond what you save.

Storage & security: your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your own signed-in account.

Your choices: you can delete individual entries at any time, or email pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com to request full deletion of your account and all associated data.

We may update this policy as ResumeFixIt changes; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
