Privacy: what this site knows about you
Short version: this site has no accounts, no forms and nothing to sign up for, so I don't have your name or your resume.
The tools that count visits and serve the ad do collect some things. They are all listed below, so you know exactly which ones.

What I collect
Nothing directly. There are no accounts, logins or forms here. If you email me at pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com, I get your email address and whatever you write, and I only use it to reply.
Visit counts: Vercel Web Analytics
The site is hosted on Vercel, and I use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn't use cookies. Vercel counts visitors with a hash of the request that it throws away after 24 hours, and I only ever see totals. Vercel's details.
How the pages get used: Microsoft Clarity
I use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the pages, through heatmaps and session replays, so I can tell when something is confusing. Clarity uses first and third-party cookies and similar technology to capture things like clicks, scrolling and mouse movement.

The ad: Google AdSense
The one ad on each page is served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this site and others. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before those cookies are set.

Fonts
The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them when a page opens. Google explains what it logs in its Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
Links to other sites
Almost everything here is a link to someone else's site. Once you click through, their privacy policy applies, not this one.
If you used the old ResumeFixIt app
Before September 2026, ResumeFixIt was an AI resume app with Google sign-in. That app is gone. What people saved in it, like work history and saved job postings, is still stored in its database. If you want yours deleted, email pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and I'll delete it.
Kids
This site is written for adults looking for work. It isn't aimed at children under 13, and it doesn't knowingly collect anything from them.
